We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information if you are ordering prints or other items from our website. This information is shared with our processing company for the purpose of processing your order and is used for this purpose and no other. Your personal data, including your e-mail address, is used for internal purposes only and is never sold, shared or rented with anyone outside of Blue Jeans Photography (except Digiproofs.com, as noted below) unless we disclose information in response to a law enforcement request.

We use an outside company, Digiproofs.com, to display our photos and collect information for ordering prints and other items. This company does not share (sell, rent, or share) this information with other parties.  Credit Card information is retained for purposes of your order fulfillment only and is retained by them for only 15 days.

Photos taken by us may be posted on a password-protected website and password distribution is made available by the director of the event or on a limited basis by Blue Jeans Photography. Blue Jeans Photography is not responsible for the use of such passwords nor can it control the extent of its distribution except as noted here. Printed or digital images may be shown, distributed or displayed as samples of our work but are never sold for commercial purposes to any third party unless specific written permission is granted by the adult subject(s) of the photos or parents or guardians of minor subjects. Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of the subjects in our photos.

Blue Jeans Photography will utilize the latest technology made available to us to protect the security of your personal information, protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
